This story is all I have to show for the time spent and experiences shared during this lifetime. Everything you’ve ever lived through, the thoughts and ideas you hold as reality today, and the self-image you reflect as yourself; is a story. Made up of all the tiny particles which make up the experiences you’ve lived to play out. The memories you carry each day as you wake up to a brand new day. The ideas and beliefs which harness your innermost power to create or lay victim to life’s promised ups and downs. These all are simply thoughts. Nothing more. Nothing less. It’s best to have respect for these thoughts as the ones that we choose to latch onto are of the most importance; as that’s where our energy is placed into creation. The creation of the thought to manifest as a reality. Regardless of the thought being true to your nature or if it is in the best interest of your enjoyment in life or not - Your focused attention and beliefs in the thoughts which you choose to latch onto are the only thing creating them into this reality, or not. So when you really boil it down to the fundamentals of the ideas surrounding God, or a creative intelligence which designs the Universe and thus your life - you hold the keys to be the director, main actor, and writer to your story. You are in fact a part of this great creative force which is ever-so apparent in our miraculous world which stimulates our senses day-in & day-out. Once humbly accepting this key role in being designer of the life you live, then comes the part of re-wiring your old-behaviors, thoughts, beliefs, and outlook which hold you in personal dharma to continue receiving the Universe in the manner which causes you to struggle or suffer. So identifying the characteristics which hold you back in life, cause you to suffer, or are simply not of good nature becomes a key step in your movement forward through this evolution. We first must be aware of the problem, before there is any chance of a resolution to be found. We must first be aware of where we need the healing work done before we can apply the solutions and remedies to recover from the ailments. This should make sense to the simplest minds, while holding the weight and complicity which is the human experience. The human psyche, a marvelous endeavor to study and bring awareness onto for their is no single prescription to be administered for any one of the common symptoms which group us along side of one another in camaraderie under the umbrella of a diagnosis or experience. For instance, the experience of depression being felt can be relatable to myself, to you, and to the six other friends who have felt that draining low-point of hopelessness sometimes faced in one’s lifetime. Yet, the answer or remedy which will bring relief will be as individual and specific to the eyes of the beholder. No one sees the world how you see it. No one thinks the thoughts you think. No one feels the feelings around those thoughts, the same way you do - all are individually experiencing a completely unique and original perspective to the same reality at large. The World is one grand-scale reality that is co-created & inter-woven. Comprised of the Individual World’s reality. That being said you who’s eyes read these words and thoughts narrate the story within your own head is an Individual World. No one else is there with you to share this. No matter how specific you elaborate, how honest you try to share, or even the pictures you may paint - no one will see the world you live in as you do. The only way to change the areas of this reality which cause the collective at large to suffer or struggle, is by keeping your path straight and narrow with respect to the other Individual Worlds’ whom are interwoven into your own. The only way to save the world is to first recover how you view the world and how you view yourself, then to tread respectfully on your journey. Treading respectfully would be to practice heightened conscious awareness to the footprint you are leaving. Are you littering? Are you picking up litter when you pass it, or allowing the fact the fault does not lay upon you to deter you from doing the right thing. Is the person who passes by litter without taking the moment to assume the ownership in their own home planet’s well-being any less at fault than the person who may have inadvertently dropped the piece of garbage? This is not to enlist your feelings of guilt or shame unto the matter, only to bring more ownership back into your own hands. The life you lead is one made up of such awesome moments that will present you with the opportunity of empowerment. The empowerment of your full truest potential as an expression of God. You are in fact an individual expression of God experiencing itself in one of the infinite manners of awareness manifested into the now. The present moment allows this to be displayed without interruption or dilution to the vibrancy which your soul permeates. The vibrancy which God expresses into the now. God not in reflection of a living being, but rather as the everything and All; even the nothing. Where do you stand in the nothingness? The nothingness of your existence is explosive with the everything that is, the human experience. You are so much more than you think - while being nothing to all that you think you are. This is the parallax to your current experience. The All and Nothing that you are. Which sounds more appealing to the untrained eye? In this moment in time, taking the All is much more than any soul would like to carry. A burden of Karmic healing and psychic paradigms of oneness which shatter realities and psychological ability to continue to live. You will find that time and time again, great teachers who value your individuality or identity; are also going to test your uniqueness. Pushing your buttons. Challenging you and all that you are. I’ll repeat the question; Are you everything - Or are you nothing? The smarter man or woman would say I am ME! Claiming to fall somewhere in between the points on the spectrum of everything to nothing. However that may look to their unique outlook. Mike Tyson may seem closer to the point of everything than say the common gas station employee. Yet, the olympic athlete and the gas station employee hold the very same ticket. No smaller nor grander scale per either. The only gauge of true awareness to the nothingness is held in one’s own ability to be content and present. With no influx of ups or downs based on the external energies which weigh upon any given situation or experience. The gratitude and appreciation for being aware at any time in the human experience, is the only true milestone which holds your place on this spectrum. Are you able to find the silver lining in each and every moment which has presented you with a situation or experience that isn’t how you would prefer it to be, or dare it be an uncomfortable experience…even embarrassing. During these, where does your presence and state of awareness reside upon the scale of gratitude and acceptance? This does not mean to continuously place yourself into situations that cause you discomfort or struggle - rather, when you find yourself faced with a situation that looks like a bad accident or even disaster - where do you find yourself on the present moment? Where is your awareness of nothingness? There is often nothing for your analyzation of the wrongs or rights done in any said situation felt to be disastrous to hang it’s energy. Just spinning nothingness onto a fact, experience, moment or thought that has gathered your full attention. Not only that, but it has garnished itself with your emotions and feelings that prove to be quite the physical experience indeed. Even contributing to current states of physical complications, such as cancer and arthritis to boast the symptoms of these hamster wheel thoughts attaching your awareness to it. The fact your attention is upon something, your energy is immediately engaged and propelling that thought to either : 1. Manifest into reality or 2. Come under your analyzation (often subconsciously). Once your attention has been placed onto a belief, idea, or thought - then the more you focus upon this with your conscious thought power; the more the present moment is blocked and energies not allowed to pass freely unto the present moment from the made up dream state you have put yourself in. No matter if the idea or belief is a positive one or negative in feeling to your comfort or well-being. The fun state of believing in a good and a bad; this is where you find yourself now. There is no good. There is no bad. In fact, the only bad is thinking a bad exists. All things are simply just as they are. Until your conscious mind puts a label on it, categorizes, and interprets it for itself on catalogue. Well that flame burnt me, so I will now see fire as dangerous. Every time I see it from here on out, I’ll know that flame is extremely hot and to stay away from it. On the contrary with our emotional state - or the spiritual truths which lie in progressing during the human experience. We find that time and time again we place ourselves into the experiences and situations with other people and places which serve us the same outcome on a silver platter. Assuming you have already passed through the blame stage in your spiritual growth; we are then onto the active and reactive stages of healing. How are you active and how are you reactive? Action and Reaction. The two states of being which you want to pay extra close attention with. How do I put forth my energy in action, what actions do I participate in regularly, where do these actions receptively leave me in a state of discomfort, suffering, or struggle, and how much of my day is spent in action toward my goals and living a life fulfilling to me? Reactive or Reaction is the experiences which I react, often times before thinking and definitely before any state of acceptance. We look at both the experiences which cause us reactions and the reactions which cause us struggles in life. These are two areas of the worlds which you control. You do have control over your action and reaction. It is not the first time you’ve heard that, and hopefully you are working on harnessing this control and power that you carry. It is powerful. And you must hold patience, while being gentle with yourself during the process of harnessing. Empowerment that lays behind the door of controlling your reactions is of the most significant to one’s self-respect, self-acceptance, and self-love. For when you tame the beast which snarls it teeth in protection of you, you realize that it was you and you only. Protecting yourself, and trying to deter the same experiences which caused you pain or discomfort from taking place in your presence again. And this blocks the flow of the present moment awareness which you seek to attain or ascend to. You hope to unconditionally love beast within while accepting the world outside. Easier said than done. Yet simple, nonetheless. When you find yourself looking back upon the mountains which you’ve traversed throughout your life - you can always find the problems, not being a problem at all. The mountain you climbed were ascending into the sky as far as your gaze could go. Only you see the top of the mountain in your head - and only you can shorten the climb or increase. Only you can categorize the rain which comes down on your climb as being either good, or bad. Only you are able to deconstruct the mountain or take the much deserved moment to sit and catch your breath in the present moment. How far up your mountain will you be when the true nature of the relief brought by your presence is accepted. Not only acknowledged, definitely not contingent on your understanding of it, but purely and solely accepted by you. Only needing your acceptance and your breath for this momentous break to take place - when will you rest? REST NOW. Quiet the mind. Slow the thinking. Breathe. Take in the awesomeness which is your awareness in this present moment. For this is your time to take in the great vastness of human consciousness. The beautiful world which you’ve come into awareness upon. Surrounded by the diverse shapes and representations of life forms in the colorful lush environment that drapes the blue sky over each green tree top for all to witness. Ask yourself, why does anything need fixing? And why do you think you get to call the factors that may or may not need fixing?
