Just have Faith. Trust that there is a Love-Driven order to all things. Realize that you are limitless, only limited by your own thoughts. You are Divine yourself, you are perfect always, and you are not lacking in anything. You are powerful, you are intelligent, you are made up of more than the physical body you see, and you are connected to all things.
Drop the sense of Self - Realize the Oneness of all things around you. Stop to understand the perfection with the inner-workings of your environment, of your body, of the Planet.
Realize that you came to this life for a reason. Your purpose speaks to you, and it's up to you to acknowledge it and not lose yourself in the distractions.
Do something you've always wanted to do, but thought you wouldn't be good at. Do something new today, do something new every week. Do something new as much as possible. Like always.
Explore the world. It's so huge and brilliant, with hidden treasures, unlimited new experiences, and beautifully unique sights and landscapes. This is your playground. You're meant to be on this planet and you're meant to experience all that you can on it, there is no finish line to the exploring and experiencing you can do.
You are here to Experience. Keep it that simple. Don't get caught up thinking you are here for anything other the Experience and sharing the Love. Focusing on careers, money, or anything material is only a distraction from what you're truly doing here. Don't fall for it.
Don't fall for waiting until retirement to do these things either. The average lifespan is 76-82 years of age. So you are here for maybe 75-85 times around the sun if you are lucky, and you are in your prime physical condition and best health during 20's and 30's. That's when your body is meant to explore and be pushed - use your window properly and don't worry about the future. Trust in Faith, and it will Provide.
Love, respect, and thank Earth regularly. Don't take for granted the beauty and awesomeness of Earth, and the fact that we are blessed to be able to survive here. She gives us all elements we need and energy that helps us every second. Make a vow to always treat her as the living and breathing organism she is.
Spend your money on memories today. Memories with your family, with your friends, with the community. Make memorable memories as often as possible. This is what Days are actually for. Don't get confused thinking days are for your work schedule or something. The time is for you to experience things with your loved ones, to laugh and love with those around you, to connect with one another and share love.
Be of service and offer love whenever the chance arises. This is what's on your resume when you leave here. Your good deeds and Love shared with those around you is what you leave here with, that's the only thing you can accumulate and take to the next life. Take time out of your life to help others, share your abundance, share your love, treat others with love - We are all family here.
Practice faith and trust in your Life. The more you trust and have Faith that you are in Good Hands, the more you will walk through obstacles with ease. The less you will be consumed by your own thoughts and projections of fears in hypothetical play by play scenarios in your head. Remember - everything that happens is for a reason, and it's all part of the plan. And it's a good plan.
Make any amends that you owe to those you may have hurt. Do not let any of your previous mistakes weigh on you today, drop the baggage and walk tall into tomorrow. Make right with any of your family or friends, where time and situations may have caused discord. Don't let pride or fear prevent the mending of relationships. Even if you don't see yourself in the wrong; make the first move to put it behind you. Your family is in your life for a reason, stick with them through thick and thin.
It doesn't have to be an amends. Reach out to old connections and share some love. Call that friend you haven't spoke to in 5 years, but was important to your life for the years preceding that. Pick up and call a friend to tell them how they've positively impacted your life. Just let them know you appreciate them being in your life, and they are important to you.
Contrary emotions and thoughts - Counter emotions of anger with a positive emotion and positive thoughts. As soon as you feel anger rising in you, focus on your breathing to calm yourself and think of loving thoughts and feel love. The emotion of Anger only hurts the person who is Angry. You being angry with someone does nothing for resolving issue, and hurts your energy field, your own thinking, and even physical symptoms hindering the body.
Share love every door you go through. Every room you enter bring love and positivity into. Your smile should be the facial expression for 85% of your day. Your daily goals should be less about the steps on your fit watch, and more about the amount of people you can positively interact with each day. Your presence, your energy, and your words will be used for uplifting others, sharing love and positivity.
You are perfect the way you are. But you do not need to abide by the guidelines of your own perception of perfection. This is a trap that leads to disappointment and negative thinking. So rather than focusing on when you make a mistake, focus more on the improvements you've made to get there.
Your mind will not just flip and go from the constant chatter and distractions of self, to calmness, faith and love, overnight. So allow yourself to grow at your own pace. And acknowledge that you are doing your best and you trust and have faith in it. Awareness of what your voice from your Heart and Soul sounds like, and the awareness of all the other voices is the biggest step. Then identifying when your Ego voice is the one speaking, and realizing all negative thinking or "I can't" "never" "not good enough" thoughts are not you, but actually conditioned fear voice.
Over your lifetime you've had experiences that were perceived as attacks, or maybe hurt you, threatened you, or scared you - which triggered your mind to go, I didn't like that. I need to prevent that from happening ever again. So now you have thoughts that have built up in your mind, with the intention of protecting you, but ultimately only hindering you and actually limiting your true self and potential.
We lose our True Selves through the layering and layering of these fear response thoughts over the years. Going 20 to 30, or maybe 40 years without these limiting thoughts getting checked back and balanced, can lead to all the mental health issues that are plaguing people today - depression, anxiety, social fears, etc. These will also prevent us from achieving what we came to do, experiencing what we really want to do, and living the life that we actually love.
It's as if the True Self, our Heart and Soul, gets drowned out by all these layers and conditionings, and we can completely lose touch with who we are, what makes us passionate and happy, what we want our lives to be. It takes active participation by you and me to keep the Heart and Soul voice and thoughts, audible and clear. We tend to dismiss these or think of these voices more as imagination or day dreamy thoughts. But in reality, the feeling you get in your gut and those thoughts that trigger excitement and warmth within you, is your Truth. Don't let what society's Truth currently portrays and don't adopt anyone else's Truth to be yours. Your Truth is what you came here with, and is what you are here to uncover and experience. Experience to the fullest. Every little aspect of it, what you day dreamt about in grade school growing up, and then still later in your adult life still popping into your head throughout your week. That day dream could be what you had set out to do in this life, and the very exact reason you came here.
